CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your delivery before The Traxi Driver has picked it up, you may do so by contacting The Traxi via phone or email, and ONLY if you have scheduled the delivery in advance, you are entitled to a 50% refund.

Please get in touch with us ASAP via admin@thetraxi.com, with your booking details.

  • When refunding, we retain the booking fee to cover the merchant fee and provide a 50% refund of the paid amount.
  • If the delivery is cancelled when The Traxi is close by to/arrives at the pickup location, we hold the right to charge you for the full delivery price or a $10.00 fee
  • If you need to cancel your delivery after it has been picked up and or delivered, we hold the right to charge you for the full delivery price. Return fees may also apply.

AMEDING BOOKINGS

  • Please contact The Traxi ASAP regarding any booking amendments.
  • We will endeavour to accommodate but cannot guarantee the amendment.
  • If the invoice has already been paid, it is non-refundable
  • Any booking amendments within 48 hours incur a $10.00 fee.
