CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your delivery before The Traxi Driver has picked it up, you may do so by contacting The Traxi via phone or email, and ONLY if you have scheduled the delivery in advance, you are entitled to a 50% refund.

Please get in touch with us ASAP via admin@thetraxi.com, with your booking details.

  • When refunding we provide a 50% refund of the paid amount (on same day cancellations we hold the right to retain the full paid amount).
  • If you need to cancel your delivery after it has been picked up and or delivered, we hold the right to charge you for the full delivery price. Return fees may also apply.
  • Wait time charges will apply after the first 10 minutes of the driver arriving and waiting at either the pickup or delivery location. A fee of $4.00 will be charged for every additional 5 minutes the driver is kept waiting.

AMEDING BOOKINGS

  • Please contact The Traxi ASAP regarding any booking amendments.
  • We will endeavour to accommodate but cannot guarantee the amendment.
  • If the invoice has already been paid, it is non-refundable
  • Any booking amendments within 48 hours incur a $10.00 fee.
